PAN DE MUERTO WORKSHOP

You guys! I'm so excited to be partnering with Xochimilli Sweets to bring you a Pan de Muerto Workshop. Dia de los muertos has become commercialized in the states, especially since the movie Coco came out. There are a lot of styled events being done using sugar skulls, and although they are beautiful, I want to speak and educate about the history of the Day of the Dead and its significance in the Mexican culture. This event is a hands-on workshop as well as a time of learning more about this beautiful holiday.

During our time together, you'll have the opportunity to make two little pan de muerto loaves, learn how to make cafe de olla & chocolate caliente. You’ll also be able to take a starter home to make your own loaf at home.
